How do I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by phone, text, facebook messenger or through the booking request form. Please note, a booking is not confirmed until you receive a return confirmation. Currently, there is a 3 – 4 week waiting period for appointments. Walk in services are not available.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you are running late for your appointment or find you are unable to attend, please contact me to cancel. No-shows will not be able to re-book.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is made at the end of your treatment. All card and cash payments are accepted.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher for a friend?
Gift vouchers are available to purchase online or in the salon. Vouchers can be posted to you or directly to the lucky recipient.
How long do acrylic nails last?
Acrylic nails last approximately 3-4 weeks if cared for correctly, after which, refills can be applied.
What happens if I break a nail?
If your nail has broken within 48hrs, contact me and I will arrange a repair free of charge.
